Changer Makers & Innovators Celebrated at 4th Edition of BW Disrupt Under 40

BW Disrupt celebrated younger change makers making a major difference to the business landscape and their own sectors in its 4th Edition. People skills, talent and critical thinking were considered key factors propelling the success and growth of these young disruptors in what was a tough year for India Inc.

There were 190+ entries received and 111 were then shortlisted for the jury to debate upon. 40 winners were finally announced in an award ceremony that took place virtually. This was preceded by the day-long event showcasing the country’s top entrepreneurs. There were four legs held for the jury meet and more than 30 hours were spent by the esteemed jury members for short listing the final 40 award winners. Multiple immersive events and experiences took place at the event in tandem with valuable conversations that will immensely help those in business and entrepreneurs. They will get a bird’s eye view of the industry, real-time feedback from the audience and insights into how eminent personalities think along with learning about the necessity of visionary, progressive and innovative thought leadership in business.
